Our Subscription programme is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favourite selected products based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customisable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. You will receive 10% off all Subscription items and free standard UK shipping. You always have complete control over your Subscription orders and we send an email reminder 5 days before each order ships and your card is charged. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or product quantity anytime by visiting ‘Product Subscription’ located within your account. Changes to orders and cancellation of your Subscription can be made up to 48 hours before the next order date. Your Subscription will continue until you cancel it. A recurring charge in the amount of the product selected for Subscription will be automatically charged to your card for each delivery on the schedule you requested when you selected the product. There is no minimum term of the Subscription and no minimum purchase obligation.
Joining the Subscription programme is easy; it can be done whilst browsing on a product page or whilst reviewing items in the shopping basket. To get started, register or log in to your Kiehl’s website account, simply select the Subscription option for your desired product, select your preferred delivery frequency and then check out as normal. After you join the Subscription programme and place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order. You can also log in to your account and visit the Subscription section; Here you can view your subscribed items, future orders and account information. We will place your Subscription orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder before each Subscription order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Subscription account, such as a confirmation when a future order is placed successfully, if you cancel your Subscription or if your item is discontinued, subject to a change in price or out of stock.
Once you’ve joined, your Subscription is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel a Subscription by visiting the ‘Product Subscription’ section in your account. Please allow up to 48 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change an order date:
To change your next order date, please visit the ‘Product Subscription’ section within your account and click the Change Date button, then select a new date for your next order. This will change the order date for the entire Subscription order.
Skip a delivery:
To skip a subscription order, please visit the ‘Product Subscription’ section within your account and click the Skip Order button to skip the entire order.
Change delivery frequency:
To modify the delivery frequency for a Subscription item, please visit the ‘Product Subscription’ section within your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each Subscription item in a dropdown menu. To change the delivery frequency for an individual Subscription item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.
Cancel a subscription item:
To cancel a Subscription item, please visit the ‘Product Subscription’ section within your account and click the cancel Subscription link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the ‘Stop Subscription’ button, your Subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your next order date.
To review or modify your Subscription account information, visit ‘Product Subscription’ located within your account. To change your shipping address for an order, click the ‘Edit’ link located directly below the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all Subscription orders and future orders unless otherwise noted. To change your billing address for an order, click the ‘Edit’ link located directly below the current billing information. This will open a new page where you can add new payment information. This billing information will apply to all Subscription orders and future orders. Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 48 hours for modifications to be processed.
Your next scheduled orders will be listed in the ‘Product Subscription’ section of My Account.
Subscription items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. If you have more than one Subscription item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit ‘Product Subscription’ section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
No, items which are not offered as part of our Subscription programme cannot be added to a future Subscription order. Other non-subscription items you wish to order must be put through as a new order.
All Subscription orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal or a buy now pay later credit scheme, cannot be accepted.
If you are enrolled to Kiehl’s Family Rewards, you will receive points for your Subscription orders. These points will show in your Kiehl’s Family Rewards Dashboard.
