1 - ADD TO BASKET
Add items to your basket and head to checkout.
For Pay in 3 Instalments, a minimum spend of £20 is required.
2 - CHOOSE HOW TO PAY
Select your preferred Klarna payment method at checkout. Then place your order. You’ll receive order confirmations from Kiehl’s and Klarna.
Option 1: Pay Later With Klarna
Make your payment in full 30 days after your purchase is shipped. You’ll receive a reminder before payment is due.
Option 2: Pay in 3 Instalments
Split your purchase into 3 equal payments. First installment is taken when you place your order. The remaining 2 payments will be charged automatically between 30 and 60 days later.
3 - MANAGE REPAYMENT WITH KLARNA
Manage your orders, and payments and account in the Klarna app or online at https://app.klarna.com/login. You’ll get notifications when your payment is due and when it’s collected.
Top tip: Your Klarna statement and schedule will be updated if you return any items on your order.
