CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES (KCRs)
Our KCRs are the face of our brand. They use their expertise and passion for skincare to provide a luxury experience to our patrons; offering personalised consultations and prescribing bespoke routines to best suit their needs. Our KCRs embody the mission and entrepreneurial spirit of Kiehl’s, working as part of a wider team to drive the business forward by beating sales targets and building genuine relationships with their colleagues and patrons alike.
Our Assistant Managers work closely with their Store Managers to achieve business objectives and superior service, whilst honing their management skills on their journey to running their own store or counter within a department. They lead by example and work side by side with their team; fostering an environment that inspires creativity, bringing the Kiehl’s ethos to life in store.
Our Store Managers mentor and inspire their teams to deliver a superior customer experience. They lead by example and work side-by-side with their colleagues to exceed the expectations of our patrons. Our managers oversee all aspects of their business from daily operations to commercial results and foster an environment that inspires creativity, bringing the culture of their brand to life on counter.
