The Products L’Oréal offers for sale on the Website are intended for your personal use, in no direct relation to your professional activity. In this respect, you should note that your order must not exceed a total of £500.00. Moreover, you may only order a maximum of four (4) products with the same reference during a single sale and over a period of one (1) month. If the order exceeds the aforementioned amount and/or number, the order shall be deemed invalid.
We are delighted to inform you that all of our Free Standing Stores offer a telephone order service. Do you accept International Credit Cards?

You have reached the UK website and although our products are sold worldwide, we are unable to assist with inquiries from outside the United Kingdom.
You can only order products from the website in the country in which you reside. Kiehl's currently offers ecommerce websites in Canada, France, Singapore, China, Australia, Korea, Taiwan, Germany, Spain & the United States of America.
Unfortunately we do not offer an international product online mail order service at this time.
Tracking a Delivery
When your order and payment are validated, Kiehl’s sends an initial e-mail to acknowledge your order.
Once your order has been prepared and despatched, you will receive an order despatch confirmation by e-mail. In this second e-mail, you will find a parcel number.
By clicking on the link to our delivery partner in this e-mail, you will be able to track your parcel.
If the delivery date does not suit you, you now have the option to change this using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Change of address
If you would like to change your delivery address after submitting an order, please contact Kiehl’s customer services as soon as possible by calling 0800 587 0830. If your request for correction reaches customer services before your order is processed, it can be changed.
If you have a promotional coupon code that can be redeemed from Kiehl’s Since 1851, please enter the code in the box in the checkout area. The promotion will be reflected in the subsequent pages. If you would like to receive our timely promotions, please join our Private Customer Registry.
